The Calcasieu Parish Public Trust Authority was formed in 1979, through legislation enacted by the State of Louisiana with a mission to provide affordable housing finance for first-time homebuyers in the Parish. Since that time The Trust has expanded both its jurisdictional coverage to the five Parishes of Southwest Louisiana — Allen, Beauregard, Cameron and Jefferson Davis — as well as its ability to issue bonds for industrial development.  We invite you to explore and learn more about The Trust and its commitment to improving the Southwest Louisiana region.
